2 c warm water
2 pkg dry yeast
1/3 c sugar
2 tbsp salt
7 c flour
1 egg
1/4 c shortening
Dissolve warm water and dry yeast. Add sugar, salt, and flour. Mixi n egg and shortening. Place in greased bowl, turn and cover. Put in refrigerator. Punch down occasionally. After 2 hours, shape into rolls and cover for 4 hours. Let rise until double in size 1 1/2-2 hours. Divide into 6 equal pieces. Place on greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Brush with melted butter and bake until golden brown at 350 degrees.
