Quick and easy vegetarian weeknight family meals: a dinner in one pan recipe

Here's a one pan recipe for a quick vegetarian family weeknight dinner that won't keep you in the kitchen all night.

DINNER IN ONE PAN

Preparation time:30 min

Number of servings: family of four

INGREDIENTS

water,

16 oz bag of noodles,

lg. can of cream of something soup (I like cream of celery),

black olives,

can of mushrooms,

sheaded cheese,

milk,

butter.

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil water until vigurously bubbles then add some butter, when butter is melted add

noodles. Cook untill noodle is softened to your likeing. Keep stove on low. Next string noodles

and put them back in same pan.

Add butter, your soups, black olives, mushrooms, cheese, stir untill cheese is melted, then eat.
