Celery, herbs, white sauce
Sauce gravies salads
Celery sauce is tasty over salads.
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
Pinch salt and pepper
2 cups celery, chopped finely
Cook the celery in water until soft. Drain the water and set the celery aside.
Use the other ingredients to make a white sauce and add the celery to the white sauce.
Serve over salads.
