1 lg head lettuce
1 lg head cauliflower
1 lg onion
l lb bacon, fried and crumbled
2 c mayonnaise
1 c sugar
1 c chopped nuts (opt)
Parmesan cheese
Layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon. Spread mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle sugar over all. Top with parmesan cheese. Better to make the night before. Makes 20 servings.
